Job Scopes
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company standards
Lead and manage the team, including scheduling and performance reviews
Handle customer interactions, addressing concerns and special requests
Liaise with vendors to maintain quality and efficiency
Promote services and products to achieve sales targets
Manage inventory and ensure equipment maintenance
Conduct staff training, including new recruits.
Engage in collaborations with partners like Klook and Traveloka
Manage group sales and events, overseeing customer correspondence, staff deployment, and bookings
Job Requirements
Candidates with any education background are welcome
Preferably with experience in the Spa & Wellness industry
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Fast learner with good computer knowledge
Proven leadership experience, leading at least 10 teammates
Required languages: English (Must), Bahasa Malaysia (Must), Mandarin (Optional)
