Our client is a Taiwan-based multinational beauty company founded in 1972, whereby they produce physician-formulated skincare infused with smart botanicals. Their formulas are researched, designed, and executed by their in-house R&D centre and production plants in Shanghai and Taipei. Their products have expanded to include treatment options for all skin types and are used in more than 1,000 outlets of professional skin care centres and medi spas.

The company has continued to grow each year, introducing multiple product lines, and expanding its commercial operations. Currently, they house over 2,000 employees and beauticians worldwide, and are building the future beauty company.

In line with their business expansion, they are looking for someone who's experienced in skincare B2B sales to be part of their growing team.

Job Scopes

JOB OVERVIEW:
  • Develop and implement the organization-wide ethical sales channel strategy to achieve company’s mix of products’ short and long-term sales goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals.
  • Adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  • Oversee the overall sales budget, monitor the cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resources and prioritize value adding.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the organization’s sales force to achieve established sales and profit goals.  
   
WORK DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan for B2B channel.
  • Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget.
  • In charge of all the sales activities, sales teams and personnel involved for the assigned products.
  • Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Maximise sales in order to grow the company market share by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing, Maintaining and Growing excellent relationship with existing customers and providing support and help with their needs.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports (including existing lines and new launches) for the management
  • Provide professional consultation and advise customers on suitable skincare products and treatments.
  • Responsible for the company’s image and execution of quality excellence ensuring good customer experience and service standards.
  • Be a role model of integrity and compliance, and lead the team to maintain and protect confidentiality of principals’ and company’s information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is needed (Written, Spoken).
  • Possess own transport.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of B2B skincare sales experience
  • Good sales skills with determination, tenacity and confidence.
  • Able to lead, motivate, collaborate and coach effectively.
  • Sales driven, results focused and success-oriented personality.
  • High degree of ownership, roll-up-your sleeves attitude & determination to get task completed.
  • Strong enthusiasm to drive results, demonstrated problem solving ability, maintaining a customer-first, continuous improvement orientation.
