Job Scopes

 Working closely with the floor service crew to make sure the floor operation smoothly.

 Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew.

 Monitor and control business’s operation.

 Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.

 Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.

 Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.

 Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.

 Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.

 Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and

upcoming events.

Job Requirements

 Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

 Experience and knowledge in Fine Dining / Thai Cuisine is preferred.

 Positive attitude and good teamwork.

 Advantage of having team management skill.

 Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require.

 No specific education level required.

 Required language(s): English / Mandarin

 Working hour: 45 working hours per week

 Shift: 2:30pm to 11:pm, 6 days a week, Monday as off day
