Job Scopes
To achieve monthly sales target discussed and set by management team.
To perform follow up of unfinished potential deals and customers.
To perform sourcing of cold leads or new sales opportunities.
To liaise with R&D team closely for customers’ enquiry.
To arrange food presentation, food testing or customer visits for potential, new and existing
customers.
To provide solutions to potential, new and existing customers.
To maintain a good and healthy relationship with potential, new and existing customers.
To collect orders, trace production and trace delivery.
To proactively follow up payment and collect payment.
To perform after sales service to new and existing customers.
To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and report to superior.
To submit weekly sales report to superior.
To draft and prepare any relevant documents (e.g. Sales Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement etc).
To complete customer open account documentation for any new customers.
To fully commit in any sales related process.
To arrange quarterly sales meeting with Sales Team and Managing Director for review and
discussion.
To assist in any Marketing matters and events.
To assist in reasonable and relevant ad hoc jobs by colleagues or management team.
Job Requirements
Possess at least 2 years of F&B sales manufacturing line experience.
Ability to speak, write, and read in Mandarin (Due to majority of the clienteles are Chinese).
Average English is acceptable.
Possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel)
Possess own transport, able to be prepared and attend for events during weekends
(Occasionally)
Good time management, and possess self-starter attitude.
No issue to work independently, or as a team player.
Sales-driven individual, and have no issue of travelling in Klang Valley for business meetings/
exhibition/ adhoc work matters.
