Job Scopes

 Greeting and welcoming guests with a positive demeanor.

 Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

 Assisting guests with inquiries and menu guidance.

 Coordinating with waitstaff for smooth service flow.

 Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area.

 Addressing guest concerns and special requests.

 Ensuring a timely turnover of tables.

 Updating reservation system and adhering to policies.

 Contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Job Requirements

 Experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service experience is preferred.

 Outstanding communication abilities are a must.

 We're looking for candidates who have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to

providing excellent customer service.

 Being open to working flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

 There are no specific requirements for educational background.

 Proficiency in the English language is essential.

 Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus.

 Candidates should possess a charming character that adds to the welcoming and

sophisticated atmosphere of a fine dining restaurant.

 Working hour: 45 working hours per week

 Shift: 2:30pm to 11:pm, 6 days a week, Monday as off day
