Job Scopes

  1. To prepare board and members' resolutions, minutes, notices, annual returns, and other statutory documents.

  2. To prepare and arrange to file all statutory documents to the Companies Commission Malaysia (CCM) and other regulatory authorities.

  3. To file and maintain all statutory books and secretarial documents.

  4. To provide statutory documents and information for internal and external parties on a timely basis.

  5. To assist with any other secretarial and legal matters; administrative and special assignments as delegated by your superiors from time to time.

  6. Planning, maintaining and marketing our services.

  7. Monitoring and working on collection of receivables from clients.

  8. Proficient in using MYCOID system amongst others for incorporation of companies, allotment of shares, changes to the directors, managers and secretary etc.

  9. Responsible for the preparation of Annual Returns using the MBRS systems.

  10. Must be able to attend meetings, and discussions and travel outstation or overseas (as and when needed). Provide good client service when dealing with clients.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

  2. At least 2 years of experience in the field of company secretarial practice although not essential, as training will be provided.

  3. Management skills are required.

  4. Preferably with good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016.

  5. Preferably well versed in Microsoft Office Applications and S2000; secretarial software.

  6. Positive, reliable, well organised and able to maintain confidentiality.

  7. Ideally, fluent in English, BM, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

  8. Possess a high degree of professionalism and integrity, ability to communicate with various levels of management.

  9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  10. Good attention to detail, good planning, organising, and coordinating skills.

  11. A good team player and be able to manage your portfolios.
