Job Scopes
Product & Services Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of the e-learning products and services offered by the
company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively
communicate product advantages.
Sales Presentations:
• Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals of
prospective clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the elearning solutions.
Client Engagement:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their
requirements and providing relevant solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative
manner.
Sales Strategies:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns
to drive sales.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and documentation for successful
closures.
Customer Support:
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and
ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the company's customer support and technical
teams.
Report and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Market Research:
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends in e-learning.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market
research.
Training and Development:
• Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales
techniques.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the company and
principles.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• [1-2] years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or education
technology industry can be beneficial.
• Express interest in providing innovative eLearning solutions to enhance learning
and teaching within organizations.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Added advantage for candidate with experience on CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to details to prevent or minimal errors on sales documents.
• Strong organizational and time management skill.
• Problem-solving skill in resolving issues related to orders inquiries, or communication.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
