Job Scopes

• Responsible for local / international procurement of cosmetic and skincare brands based on the company’s brand positioning, including brands from Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Europe & etc. 

• Conduct analysis based in date and market information to predict market trends and make effective planning / strategy for products. 

• Develop high-quality suppliers, maintain long-term cooperative relationships, and engage in deep cooperation with suppliers, including coordinating activities related to product sales. 

• Plan and manage the entire lifecycle of products. 

• Effectively manage the team and enhance team cooperation and cohesion. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field. 

• Proficient in Mandarin & English as working languages. 

• Over 5 years of procurement / merchandise / buyer experience, with a rich resource background in cosmetic and skincare brands, with the ability to predict market trends and introduce products that align with brand positioning and market aesthetics. 

• Ability to formulate relevant annual and quarterly procurement plans based on market changes and data analysis.

• Ability to plan product lifecycles and develop appropriate strategies to increase product sales in the market. 

• Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective team management. 

• Candidate who can start to work in short notice period / 1 month notice is highly preferred.
