Job Scopes
Grant Application Support: Research and gather technical information.
Assist in drafting and submitting grant applications.
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
Pre-Sales for EKYC and Enterprise AI:Assist in preparing pre-sales documentation and presentations.
Conduct market research and analyze trends.
Manage client communication and follow-up activities.
Management Support: Coordinate meetings with product managers, account managers, and other stakeholders.
Track project progress and deliverables, providing regular updates.
Document and track potential risks and issues in ongoing projects.
Administrative Duties: Manage the VP's calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting agendas.
Organize and prioritize incoming emails, drafting responses when necessary.
Handle repetitive tasks such as data entry, report formatting, and documentation.
Job Requirements
Technical Knowledge: A background in AI, software technology or a related field is preferred.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Experience:
Previous experience as a technical assistant or in a similar support role.
1 year experience in the technology or AI sector is highly desirable.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Education:
A degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
