Job Scopes
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and
objectives.
Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and
competitive landscape.
Define product specifications, features, and pricing strategies based on market requirements
and company goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the
market.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launch activities to
drive demand and generate leads.
Develop a clear product roadmap outlining the direction and timeline for future product
development, aligning with company goals and market demands.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals and partnerships.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the information
technology and distribution industry, demonstrating a strong passion for sales.
Proven track record of sales success and consistently achieving targets.
Experience in leading a team or as a product manager is welcome!
