Job Scopes

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. 

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. 

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales or in a similar sales role. 

• Proficient in English and Mandarin is required for this position. 

• Working experience in Construction Sales is a must for this position. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Presentable for Outdoor sales role.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
