Job Scopes
Develop, lead, manage, and coach the product team to effectively execute strategies and
meet revenue targets.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment that encourages creativity,
innovation, and excellence.
To acquire and/or develop attractive products that is outstanding, attractive, competitive
pricing and good margin
Formulate and deploy comprehensive strategies for the product department to acquire or
develop products that stand out in the market.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product
development decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
processes from ideation to launch.
Enable other departments to effectively convey the stories and value propositions of the
products to the market, ensuring a unified brand experience.
Drive sales efforts across B2B, corporate, and incentive travel segments, both inbound and
outbound.
Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance revenue generation and expand
market reach
Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics to enhance brand loyalty
and retention.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Proven experience in travel management, product management, development, and
revenue generation, preferably in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound travel industry trends, regulations, and best
practices.
Comprehensive understanding of inbound and outbound travel industry trends and
regulations.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (oral and written); proficiency in Bahasa is a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in contracting and procurement.
Experience in travel sales across various segments (B2B, corporate, incentive).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is
advantageous.
Familiarity with travel management software and tools; ability to effectively utilize travel
system solutions.
Capable of providing product training to internal team and external business partners
Responsible to get USP price and product and deals
Responsible to achieve revenue target by delivering quality and quantity of product
