This enables them to create customized knowledge, analysis, and design frameworks that are relevant to their customers, and they can also develop platforms for various applications.

Now they are looking for a talented and sales-driven business development executive to be part of their team.

Job Scopes

(A) Project Management:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project implementation for clients, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Plan, prepare, and execute hardware and software installations.
• Conduct rigorous Testing and commissioning processes to ensure system functionality.
• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance activities to ensure system reliability.

(B) Digital System Integration Promotion:

• Assist in promoting company's Digital System Integration solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

(C) Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Respond promptly to customer emergency calls and ad-hoc requests.
• Swiftly diagnose and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime.

(D) Product Delivery and Commissioning:

• As needed, assist in product/system delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.

(E) Cross-Functional Support:

• Willingly assist in cross-functional tasks assigned by superiors, HODs, or the Director.
• Be open to supporting ad-hoc activities and projects directed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management and System Integration is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Digital System Integration products, such as MES, OEE, and IIOT devices, is a significant advantage.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills to handle system troubleshooting effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and attend to customer sites when required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: English and Mandarin (Plus Point)
