Job Scopes

• To assist in developing e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue, growth, and profitability targets. 
• To conceptualise, plan and execute digital campaigns from end-to-end for all online channels at optimum level to support and increase sales revenue. 
• Monitor and ensure healthy inventory level in all online channels and perform stock replenishment if required. 
• To coordinate with (Finance/ IT/ Warehouse & Logistic/ CS Team, and other support function) to ensure smooth execution across all online channels. 
• Responsible on monthly sales reporting, competitor analysis and data analysis, to improve in strategies for upcoming campaign to maximise sales productivity and profitability. 
• To liaise with (Marketing/ Creative team) for online store graphic design and update consistently to meet seasonal and market changes, ensuring best practice is met. 
• Liaison with our key business partners on e-commerce platform for campaign planning and ensure high brand presence throughout all digital channels. 
• To plan improvement and enhancement in ways of working, templates and systems if required. 
• Perform other related duties as required.
