Job Scopes

1. Market Research and Analysis: 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets for expansion. 
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviour to develop informed market entry strategies. 

2. Business Development: 
  • Develop and implement international business development plans to drive growth. 
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in target markets. 

3. Market Entry Strategy: 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective market entry strategies. 
  • Evaluate and recommend entry modes such as partnerships, joint ventures, or subsidiaries. 
4. Regulatory Compliance: 
  • Stay informed about international regulations and compliance requirements for baby products. 
  • Ensure all products meet the necessary standards and certifications for each market. 

5. Sales and Revenue Generation: 
  • Set and achieve international sales targets in collaboration with sales teams. 
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. 

6. Relationship Management: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and business partners. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for international stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration. 

7. Cross-Cultural Communication: 
  • Effectively communicate with diverse international teams, adapting strategies to suit cultural nuances. 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create culturally relevant campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
  • Proven experience in international business management, preferably in the baby product industry. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
