Job Scopes
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets for expansion.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviour to develop informed market entry strategies.
2. Business Development:
- Develop and implement international business development plans to drive growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in target markets.
3. Market Entry Strategy:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective market entry strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend entry modes such as partnerships, joint ventures, or subsidiaries.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about international regulations and compliance requirements for baby products.
- Ensure all products meet the necessary standards and certifications for each market.
5. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Set and achieve international sales targets in collaboration with sales teams.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
6. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for international stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.
7. Cross-Cultural Communication:

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in international business management, preferably in the baby product industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
