Job Scopes

1. Recruitment and Selection:

- Assist in developing recruitment plans, posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging

interviews.

- Handle candidate background checks and related recruitment processes to ensure timely filling

of vacancies.

2. Employee Training and Development:

- Assist in planning and organizing team enhancement training to improve professional skills and

team cohesion.

- Participate in designing training content, coordinating schedules, and tracking training

effectiveness.

3. Payroll and Benefits Management:

- Assist in managing employee salaries, bonuses, and benefit allocations, ensuring compliance

with company policies and legal requirements.

- Handle employee-related salary adjustments and compensation management.

4. Employee Relations Management:

- Address daily employee inquiries and needs, assist in resolving employee issues, and maintain

positive employee relations.

- Organize and participate in employee activities to enhance satisfaction.

5. Office Management:

- Oversee daily office administrative tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

- Manage office supplies procurement and distribution, assist with meeting arrangements, and

other administrative duties.

6. Employee Records and HR System Management:

- Responsible for managing employee records, ensuring data completeness and confidentiality.

- Maintain the HR system, update employee information, ensure data accuracy, and assist in

digitalizing HR processes.

7. Other HR Duties:

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective policy

enforcement.

- Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above, with relevant HR management experience preferred.

2. Familiar with labor laws, payroll and benefits management, recruitment processes, and HR

systems.

3. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of handling tasks independently.

4. Detail-oriented, with strong stress management and multitasking abilities.

5. Working hour (9am - 6pm)
