Job Scopes
Event Management: Coordinate and assist in webinars, online workshops, and Zoom sharing sessions.
Sales Support: Engage in the sales process by interacting with customers, resolving queries, closing sales, handling payments, and following up on sales.
Customer Relationship: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Service Quality: Maintain high standards of service quality and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Student Guidance: Guide students in developing the correct trading mindset.
Job Requirements
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, but not required. All candidates are welcome to apply.
Education: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office; coding knowledge is a plus.
Learning Mindset: Eager to learn new technologies that enhance work efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, supportive, patient, and prioritizes every customer. Strong relationship-building abilities with prospects and team members.
Trading Experience: Beneficial but not mandatory.
