Job Scopes
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and related activities.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize
efficiency and productivity.
Providing support to medical and sales team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Monitor and evaluate administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for
improvement and implementing solutions.
Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to administrative operations,
ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files, records.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably healthcare related. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Strong responsibility and leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality
improvement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
Able to travel to Kuchai Lama office, working hours (Mon - Fri) 9am - 6pm and alternate
Saturday.
