Founded in 1982, our client is an integrated healthcare provider that has since opened more than 120 diagnostic and clinical centres nationwide, specializing in diagnostic, laboratory, and medical technologies. Following the emergence of pandemic, our client is crowned as the largest Covid-19 screening provider in Malaysia. To keep up with the much needed healthforce, they have delegated 75% of their workforce to accentuate and expand on Covid-19. 

Currently, their subsidiary is focusing on optimizing a one stop mobile app to help ease the citizen in accessing healthcare-related services and consultancy, remotely.

Job Scopes

• Report directly to the Senior Management and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to assess and enhance the Company’s sales performance and business development initiatives. 
•  Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the Business Development Manager.
•  Drive the promotion and sale of the Company’s products and services, ensuring the attainment of sales targets provided periodically. 
•  Cultivate a robust network of contacts and customers, contributing to the establishment of the Company’s products, services, and brand name in the market. 
•  Foster awareness of the Company’s products, services, and brand across diverse demographic segments. 
•  Actively participate in campaigns, talks, seminars, forums, roadshows, and other promotional activities organized by the Company. 
•  Oversee walk-in sales and collection activities when necessary. 
•  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. 
•  Undertake other assignments as required by the Senior Management.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. 
• Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur and availability to support during weekends. 
•  Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales
•  Retail/General or equivalent, with significant experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. 
•  Immediate availability is preferred. – Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
•  Demonstrated team and relationship-building skills. 
•  Self-motivated, confident, and innovative. 
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
•  Ability to adapt quickly to change.
•  Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
•  Have no issue to work in Medan Tuanku, KL, and flexible in travelling
