Our client is specialized in Taiwan Spicy Hot Pot with a wide variety of soup base choices. All the ingredients used are purely natural and they pay great attention to the freshness and nutritional value of foods, catering to health-conscious customers.

They have been in the market for 8 years and they are expanding 4 more outlets in the Klang Valley by the year of 2022, and continuously expanding the market across Malaysia in the near future.

They are now looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team, to support team and business expansion, recruitment & selection, with experience in the full spectrum of HR  in the food & beverage/retail industry. 

Job Scopes

• Responsible for the full set of accounts, including AP and AR processes, GL, account reconciliation, and so on in food & beverage/restaurant industry
• Support the sales process by preparing invoices and issuing debit and credit notes, among other tasks.
• Handle daily accounting work such as maintaining the company's accounting records, filing and making payments, as well as checking all payments.
• Prepare and coordinate the audit process and tax submissions.
• Ensure that all accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies, and ensure that accounting standard procedures follow related statutory and tax requirements.
• Cooperate with other departments in preparing accounting documents.
• Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Professional qualifications/diploma/degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 2 to 3 years of account-related working experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software is required.
• Past experience as an auditor is an added advantage
• Required Languages: Mandarin and English
• Have no issue to work at Eco Sanctuary.
