Job Scopes

• Work out on online and offline marketing plans and strategies.
• Able to do sales forecasting, budgeting, and sales manpower plan in order to achieve target goal.
• Monitor and train up salespeople in line with achieving sales and marketing activities.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
• Collect and organize feedbacks related to events/ activities, and improvise accordingly.
• Form the team and build a good relationship with team members.
• Assist in most of the coordination and communication-related tasks.
• Drafting all sorts of documentation such as on email, official documentation and reports.
• Handle and do proper filtering and liasising accordingly to any incoming messages to the office.
• Assist in planning the daily working schedule and meeting minutes.
• In charge of video planning, script writing, and recording (Mainly related to training) and make sure a minimum 2 video is up on weekly basis.
• Build up a landing page that helps in product purchasing or service enquiries, member registration, and so on.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin and Average English.
• Possess a minimum of three years of digital marketing and sales experience., especially good in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc)
• Preferred possess related certificates such as Google Analytical/ Google Adwords.
• Possess good communication skills, and able to plan, execute, arrange related tasks.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Words).
• Familiar with video editing, assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting (including scripting, footage, editing, background music).
• Possess a minimum of a year of experience in video shooting and editing using After Effect and Photoshop.
