About

Our Client is a new emerging Short-Stay Servicing Company that has been offering leasing and short term rental management services within Klang Valley. It was founded by the owner who possesses strong properties expertise and wide connections over the years.

Job Scopes

  • Travel and work on the project site designated by the company (Within Klang Valley Only).
  • Source, increase and maintain short-stay properties from the master listing provided by the company.
  • Handle vacant possession and follow up defect for the Property Owners.
  • Collect, return, organize all keys and access cards for the Property Owners.
  • Manage and supervise the concierge (in future) on project site to handle Guests relating services such as cleaning works, check-in and check-in activities.
  • Handle customer service replying and providing information to Guests.
  • Recording and documenting all transactions from the short-stay platforms (Online Travel Agency).
  • Achieve company’s sales target follow the short-stay base rate requirement set out by the company.
  • Coordinate with Renovation Working Partner to create renovation quotation that related to short-stay services only.
  • Coordinate with the building management and maintenance teams to supervise and resolve defects relating to short-stay properties.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to promote the project and generate more enquiries.
  • Assist the Property Owners to supervise, monitor and inspect the defects and the renovation progress, follow up the handover upon completion.
  • Attend all trainings and meetings set by the Management.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian age group between 21 to 35
  • Possess own transport
  • Possess at least Diploma/Postgraduate/Degree qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in any field, sales experience is an advantage
  • Prioritize for candidates who have a minimum 1 year working experience relating to short-stay/hotel
  • Good communication in English and Chinese
  • Organize and good documentation management
  • Proactive team player that is able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Result oriented management
  • Able to learn fast and accept the challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
