Job Scopes
- Define, create and design a clear digital marketing and content marketing plan for Company’s website and social platforms.
- Improve the usability and conversion of Company’s website and social platform.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends to reach new customers, generate leads, and retain existing customers.
- Conceptualize, formulate and execute marketing strategies to build ongoing digital connection with clients to attract sales for various products.
- Propose and execute compelling online content to drive engagement and on-site conversation for Company’s website, social platforms, and property platform.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness and success of digital marketing initiatives to identify business opportunities.
- Support Sales Team on digital marketing campaigns and projects.
- Carry out any other assignment by Company’s Management.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma/Postgraduate/Degree qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience relating to digital marketing (if the field related to property or real estate is an advantage).
- Knowledge of property management, real estate or shot-term management is an advantage.
- Preferably good knowledge of content marketing / digital marketing on social platform e.g. FB ads, Google ads, and etc.
- Good communication in English and Chinese.
- Proactive team player that is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Result-oriented management.
- Able to learn fast and accept the challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Photoshop or other design software.
