Job Scopes

·       Responsible to handle full sets of account and to meet monthly submission deadline with minimum supervision.

·       Managing statutory financial accounts; P&L review, Balance Sheet review, intercompany reconciliation and monthly reporting performance analysis for Management.

·       Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

·       Prepare payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB.

·       Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management.

Job Requirements

·       Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

·       Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in handling full set of accounts.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word.

·       Knowledge of SQL accounting system would be an added advantage.

·       Advance knowledge of bookkeeping procedure.

·       Good interpersonal skill, committed, sense of urgency and responsible.

·       Able to work independently, pleasant, self-discipline and self-motivated.
