Our client is one of the largest bathroom and kitchen accessories online to offline (O2O) retail chain stores across Malaysia from Northern to Southern and Eastern regions, with more than 10 outlets across Malaysia todate.

Their mission is to deliver the top brand's highest quality products and enhance the customer experience with the best consultancy services provided to valued customers at reasonable prices.

They are now looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Junior HR Generalist to join their team in Kuala Lumpur office.

Job Scopes

• Able to handle set of accounts (Training will be provided).
• Detailed in handling bank transactions.
• Monitor, analyze, and present accounting data and financial reports or statements
• Able to recommend sound internal control procedures while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or full/partial professional qualification in Accounting.
• Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Words).
• Current Accounting System: SAP
• Open to meeting someone who is Fresh Grad with Diploma or Degree, or someone who is familiar with partial accounting experience.
• Able to work under tight datelines and fast paced environment.
• Good analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both written and oral Mandarin and basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport, and have no issue to travel to work at Seri Kembangan.
