Job Scopes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and segments for product innovation and optimization.
• Analyze the internal data, customer & competitive insights, and industry trends to help shape future product growth strategies.
• Develop and execute product roadmap and go-to-market plans that deliver ambitious revenue goals while building a delightful end-to-end user experience across our products.
• Optimize growth channels by A/B testing ideas, and analyze all aspects of the product conversion funnel to increase traffic, users and engagement.
• Establish methods and processes to ensure measurements and experimentation can be done in a scalable and repeatable manner.
• Drive user growth through various data-driven marketing tactics, including gamification, digital marketing, content development, advertising, brand partnerships, on-ground activations etc. and drive traffic to digital channels.
• Communicate and champion product growth to the internal teams by reporting on the results of initiatives against key performance indicators and targets.

Job Requirements

• Possesses a relevant degree with 4-8 years of professional experience in one of the following domains: enterprise SaaS, apps, software products, tech, or e-Commerce.
• Prior hands-on experience in product marketing and development, project management, engineering, and automation with a focus on growth.
• Demonstrated success in supporting cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.
• Self-starter with a proven record of successfully kick-starting new initiatives and to drive issues through analysis and resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead complex projects to completion in fast-paced/dynamic environments.
• Positive attitude and listening skills. Being curious, creative and relentless in pursuit of growth.
